Program costs are based on 12 hours of on-campus, resident tuition. This amount changes with the rate of tuition. For the exact cost, please contact the education abroad office. Included in the cost is the coursework abroad, administrative costs, and insurance. Typically, this costs tends to be equal to or less than a semester at USF.
Housing, airfare, passport/visa, meals, and other personal expenses are not included.
Financial Aid and Scholarship Funding
Students who are eligible for loans and grants to take classes at USF may be able to use their assistance to study abroad. USF students should contact the University of South Florida Office of Financial Aid (813) 974-4700 or visit USF Financial Aid for further information.
The Education Abroad Office offers Compass Study Abroad Scholarships for study abroad. These are partial scholarships awarded on a competitive basis. Please visit our Funding Page for application information and deadlines.
Health and Safety
USF provides program participants with sickness/accident and emergency medical evacuation insurance valid for the dates of the program. Those who will travel independently, either in advance of the program or after the program ends, must ensure that they have insurance coverage valid outside the U.S.

Students are responsible for their own flights. You will be notified when to purchase airfare. Please do not book until you are cleared to do so.
On-campus & Off-campus housing is available.
Several types of accommodation are available in Reims and in Rouen. Prices can vary between €400 and €600 per month for private accommodation for one person depending on the size, the services provided and the duration of the exchange. International students will be informed of all available housing options in advance of their arrival in France.
